Busy people need handy snacks. Here are two favorites that are easy to put together.

Low Carb High Energy Trail-Mix

(Makes about 6 servings)
Mix together:

2 cups of cashews
2 cups of raw almonds
1 cup of Mauna Loa Macadamia nuts
1/2 of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of unsweetened organic shredded coconut
1 cup of raisins

Energy Balls from Dr. Axe
