3 grip strength training tools — mix and match systems!

Master a brutal workout with the Rogue Pull-up Globe, Rogue Pinch Blocks, or Rogue Cannonball Grips. Then when you shake hands, you’ll have to be careful not to break hands!

Great grip strength is key if you’re training to be a baseball power hitter or a serious rock climber. Even if you just want to hit the refresh button on your strength training routine, these three grip strength tools are the bomb.

Since these grips are all made by Rogue in the USA, the straps and carbiners are used interchangeably between the three grip styles. The Rogue Pinch Blocks and Cannonball Grips are sold in pairs.

Rogue Pinch Blocks — mix up your shapes in your tool box!

Rogue Pinch Block

The oddity of pinch blocks in three different block sizes challenges your pinch strength and grip strength. Shape matters. You just cannot grip these blocks in the same way as a spherical shape. Whether you need the finger strength to masterfully play the claw-hammer banjo, concert piano, or to grip a football — we recommend these blocks.

  • 1.5”x4”, 2”x3”, 3”x3” pairs
  • Approx. 3lbs each block
