Not sure how to work fitness into your busy schedule? A long season of travel have you feeling slow and out of shape? Fit on the fly provides over 30 interchangeable workouts that can be used on their own or in combination to fight back and regain your health even while on the go.
Workouts are broken up into sections:

  • Bodyweight only – for those times when you don’t have any equipment but you do have some time.
  • Travel equipment – do these workouts when you were able to throw some resistance bands or straps in your suitcase on the way out the door
  • Stationary – Hotel has a gym, or there’s one nearby? Great! Add these additional workouts that utilize bigger equipment like rowers or bikes.
  • 20 minute+ – Sometimes you have a bit more time. Use these lengthier routines to get more work in, or use as the base of a lengthier workout by adding 1 or 2 shorter routines before or after this one.

The beginning defines different types of workout schemes and how to record your results to compare against in the future, while a short section at the end describes a few of the more unusual exercises so you don’t have to guess what to do.
